A 5 week workshop customized for teenagers and individuals in their early Twenties. Class will be run by a certified Yoga professional who is energetic, active. Class will involve an introduction to yoga, pranayma (breathing excercises), core movements, full body Vinayasa flow and movements to enhance flexibility.

Dates: June 27th, every thursday until July 25th, 2019
Time: 6:30 p 7:45pm
Price: $80 for all 5 classes. Partial price options are available if you are unable to attend all.
